We will mediate, coach, assist with resources and help you mend the situation so that you can still get to your goals. If you need to replace your VA/ remote team member, we will pause your billing, go through a complimentary recruitment and onboarding process, and then restart upon finding you a good match.
We have a 90-day money back guarantee for our hires. Upon onboarding, we have a scorecard that a client fills out to document that they have been happy with the onboarding process. Within the next 60 days, we are available for additional onboarding-related coaching. If you run into issues and have to terminate the service, we will reimburse your recruitment fee. The all-in salary, however, is not valid for a refund since we already paid most of it to staffing and management.
